Blocking Update and Winter Break Goals

Welcome back! This is the last assignment for my semester!
I will be completely honest though, this update will probably be shorter than the others because there was another one of these fairly recently.
Last class the professors mentioned that rather than getting one sequence or scene all the way to polished then moving on to the next, that we should block out all of the scenes first then start moving them along the polish path. Thats what we decided to do. After one of my other teammembers blocked out the first shot in Sequence 0, I took over the rest of the sequence so they could move on to other parts.
This is the majority of Sequence 0; the only parts that this one is missing is the parts of the title card and the part where Finn gets thrown down the stairs. The camera is not where it is supposed to go too, I just wanted something temporary.
This is blocked and ready for the time being. I'm sorta excited because it is really nice to test a bunch of my different skills I learned in my animation classes with these blocking passes.
My next sequence I will be doing is Sequence 2. My goal for winter break is to get all of Sequence 2 blocked out. Then, as a stretch goal if I have time, I want to work on potentially sequence 5 or another sequence in the list that others haven't done yet.
Over our last meeting, I had everyone in the group write down and commit to things that they will be working over the break. No one had to say anything, so they weren't pressured to do anything, but I did request that if they said something that they would do it. I honestly fear that we will have another summer break incident where only Andy and I really did anything for the project. IT wasn't like others didn't say that they weren't going to do stuff, they set goals and deadlines and basically everyone else missed them or didn't even start what they said they were going to over the break. I think it will be important if we can get a bunch of us dedicated enough to work over break because then we might actually meet the deadline and get our film done. I still worry that some of our members bit off more than they could chew for winter break, but hopefully everyone will get their parts done.
Part of me worries that my team also things I'm mean when I am trying to enforce and emphasize the deadlines, but I also know that they need to know that I am serious and want everyone to succeed.
Hopefully with the next update I will remember to share how the break went and if everyone did what they said they would. I am honestly looking forward to continuing blocking so I can start polishing and getting all the sequences prettied up.
(I just realized I had a lot more to say than I thought I did at the beginning of the post, but Im going to leave it in because yall need an insight to how my brain works lol)
